  • At Chroma Printing CO we take pride in delivering high-quality printed materials tailored to your specifications. Due to the custom nature of our products, we have a specific returns policy in place to ensure clarity and fairness.

  • If there is a printing defect or production error that deviates from the approved proof or specifications (e.g., incorrect size, misalignment, color discrepancies beyond tolerance). Please contact us we will:

    • Reprint the order at no extra cost, or

    • Offer a partial or full refund, depending on the nature and severity of the issue.

  • All printed materials are made to order based on the designs, quantities, and specifications approved by the customer. As such, returns and refunds are not available for change-of-mind or customer errors once a job has been approved and printed.

  • We are not responsible for:

    • Errors in spelling, punctuation, or design approved by the customer.

    • Low-resolution images provided by the customer.

    • Variations in color due to differences between digital displays and printed output (within standard tolerances).

  • All print jobs require customer approval of a final proof before production. By approving the proof, the customer accepts responsibility for:

    • Content (spelling, grammar, layout)

    • Color accuracy (as viewed on-screen vs. printed)

    • Design elements and image quality

    We are not liable for any issues that arise from errors present in the approved proof.

  • While we strive to meet all estimated turnaround times, these are not guaranteed. Delays due to equipment failure, supplier issues, or external factors (e.g., shipping carrier delays) do not constitute grounds for refunds unless previously agreed.

  • Due to differences in materials, inks, and print processes, slight color variations are considered acceptable and are not grounds for a return or refund. We aim for color consistency, but a variance of up to ±10% from screen or previous prints is within industry standards.

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not begun. After this time, cancellations may not be possible or may incur charges based on the stage of production.
